We offer paid consultations, credit restoration, corporation packages, and educational resources. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / Text Messaging
PRBE Capital (Prosperity Restoration Battallion Enterprises LLC) sends text messages only to individuals who have given express written consent by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, or by providing verbal consent during a scheduled consultation call, which we log with the date and time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information We Collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything else you type into a form on this site or tell us on a call. For website requests, we also record the submission date, source page, language, requested guide, and any consent you gave.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. If you arrive from an advertisement, we may record the campaign that referred you.

How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, website hosting and email delivery, along with scheduling and customer support. We share only what is needed to perform that work for us. Website requests are stored with Cloudflare and recorded in our customer relationship management system. Resend delivers the guide emails you request and notifies our team of new requests. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
