These Terms govern your use of battallionrestoration.com and any program, course, consultation, or material offered by Prosperity Restoration Battallion Enterprises LLC, doing business as PRBE Capital ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We offer consultations, credit restoration, corporation packages, and educational resources. We are not a bank, not a lender, not a broker-dealer, and not a law firm. We do not make loans, extend credit, or guarantee that any lender will approve you. We teach business owners how funding decisions are made and how to prepare for them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or enroll in a program. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. What We Provide

We provide paid consultations, credit restoration, corporation packages, training programs, and educational materials. Each service’s listing describes what it includes and its fee. Our services, training programs, and materials are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation. Consult your own attorney or accountant before acting on anything you learn from us.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Any figures, funding amounts, timelines, case studies, or testimonials shown on this site are examples of what some participants have experienced. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will achieve. Results depend on your business, your credit profile, your industry, market conditions, lender criteria, and the effort you put in. Your results may differ, and you may obtain no funding at all. You are solely responsible for your own business and financial decisions.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation

Fees, payment schedules, and any refund or cancellation terms for a specific program are set out in the enrollment agreement or checkout page for that program. Those program-specific terms control if they conflict with this section. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees are due as scheduled and payments already made for services delivered are non-refundable. 5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by giving verbal consent on a recorded or logged consultation call, you agree to receive text messages from PRBE Capital at the mobile number you provided.

What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, program and course updates, educational material on accessing business capital, and occasional announcements of new trainings.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us and use our services without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
For help: reply HELP, or email info@restorationbattallion.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us promptly so we do not text someone else.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the site; scrape or harvest data; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in our programs — text, video, audio, graphics, logos, curricula, worksheets, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you enroll, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own use. You may not copy, record, resell, republish, share your login, or distribute our materials without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

This site may link to third-party websites, lenders, or tools. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are between you and that party.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the site or our programs — even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prosperity Restoration Battallion Enterprises LLC, its members, officers, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and it takes effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
